Rajeev Pathak, Founder & Chief Editor

‘Credit Bharti is administered, managed, and authored by Rajeev Pathak. He is a former banker. He has got wide experience in branch management, credit, credit monitoring, business -development, asset quality management, marketing, audit, general administration, and human resources while working in various branches, zones, and Head Office in different capacities in five states for two Indian public sector banks namely, Syndicate Bank and Bank Of India. He has retired from Bank Of India in 2015, on attaining the age of superannuation as Deputy General Manager and Zonal Manager, Gandhinagar Zone (Gujarat). He is a postgraduate in Economics from Agra University and a CAIIB from the Indian Institute Of Banking & Finance, Mumbai. He has a postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhavan’s R.P. Institute Of Communication & Management, Mumbai. He has also learned and attained qualifications in Derivative Trade, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Digital Marketing from reputed institutions. Currently, he assists various banks / NBFCs in the recruitment and training of manpower for the financial sector. He is also engaged in creating financial awareness among the people through various platforms.

He has extensive experience in:

• NPA management and recovery
• SARFAESI Act and legal recovery processes
• Exposure to NRI banking and credit matters, including clients from the UK, Europe, USA, and Africa

His prime motive is to create awareness amongst common people about financial literacy that ultimately leads to financial stability and prosperity.

‘Credit Bharti’ is owned and administered by Smt. Shailesh Pathak. She is a postgraduate in Hindi Literature with a bachelor’s degree in education from Agra University. She has a flair for writing and keeps a close watch on current social and eco-political affairs. She guides the editorial and managerial team with her rich experience and practicable ideas.
